It allows us to understand how we're uniquely wired and gives us practical tools to live in alignment with who we are.

It provides us with a way to describe what we know to be true about ourselves, and answer what we already know.

It gives us a way to understand others better, and connect and communicate with ease.

It’s a permission slip to be ourselves and live in flow.

Human Design is not predictive or limiting. It is designed to be helpful - take what resonates with you, and leave what doesn't feel true to you.

Type - how you're designed to use your energy

Strategy - how you create opportunities

Authority - how you make the most aligned decisions

Profile - how you align with your purpose, learn and share

You'll leave with practical tools to help you live in alignment with who you are.

In this 1-hour reading we cover:

Energy centres: where your energy is consistent or affected by others, and the lessons you're here to learn

Gates and channels: what your innate qualities and strengths are

Definitions: how you best process information

Variables: how you best exercise, eat, learn and more

You'll leave knowing understanding yourself, and others, on a deeper level and be armed with a toolkit to help you continue to live in alignment with who you are.

These sessions allow you to understand yourself and others on a deeper level.

These sessions allow you to understand your unique differences, and how to navigate these with more ease with the people around you.

You will leave with practical tools for managing each other's energy and communication style, as well as how to support one another in your design.
